With 20 years of experience developing community engagement initiatives, Alisa Del Tufo founded Threshold Collaborative as an Ashoka Fellow. Located in Vermont and working nationally, Threshold is a not-for-profit, capacity-building organization.

Realizing the limitations of the individual service delivery model, we pioneered the use of narrative and engagement strategies to help communities find sustainable solutions to their needs. Using this experience, Threshold has designed a teachable framework that will enable you to engage the power of community!
